Position Summary: Provide assistance to Sales Reps and customers, supporting them in an effective and efficient manner, enabling them to produce high quality results. Assist customers and manufacturers with questions and problem resolution. Acts as a liaison between Blue 84 College and Sales Reps. A participant in providing top quality customer service to both external and internal customers. Communicate with the Lead RC & Sales Manager in a timely and consistent manner all current issues and concerns, successful problem resolution, and other actions taken.

Essential Duties:
•Provide support to reps by keeping them updated on current issues such as line changes or additions, proofing and processing orders, serving as a resource for questions and requests. Responsible for proofing commission reports to ensure accurate payment of commissions. •Assist with data entry of orders and setting up new designs in current software program. •Provide ongoing training to the reps so they may accurately enter orders and run the reports provided on the web. •Assist Blue 84 College in the sampling of new designs and creation and proofing of new catalogs and fliers. •Contact reps and/or customers with questions and resolve issues promptly to prevent delays in processing orders. •Coordinate and conduct ongoing sales incentive programs and contests including the monthly reporting of achievements as well as giving input for creating new programs to achieve desired results. •Provide assistance to reps by answering questions, responding to special requests and placing orders. Provides special assistance for complex or difficult customer problems. •Assist with coordinating and attend annual sales conference. •Coordinate the licensing duties of college market. •Create weekly rep update. •Able to work additional shifts during “hot market” times •Provide courteous and professional service. •Other responsibilities as directed.

Position Summary: Under the direction of the Screenprint Supervisor, this position is accountable for processing screen print orders through preparing garments, applying inks through use of screen print press, and making quality adjustments as necessary.

Position Specifications:
•High school education desirable. •Ability to work well in a team.

Essential Duties:
•Analyze orders to identify design and determine ink colors •Change screens and ink for specific orders •Operate screen print press •Verify quality of the clothing and ink design •Fold and box shirts •Count garments •Write on work orders •Clean used screens

Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Quality Control Supervisor, this position is responsible for the quality of high post production accounts

Position Specifications:

Essential Duties:
• Inspect high post production garments for correct ink/thread colors, proper logo placement, labels and general flaws • Maintain Lakeshirts acceptable standard of quality per garment • Box garments and prepare them for shipping • Read and understand work orders • Keep work area orderly

Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Inventory Supervisor, this position is responsible for locating and retrieving garments in the warehouse, pulling and delivering garments to production as needed.

Position Specifications:
• High school diploma • Ability to work well independently and as a team • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast pace working environment • Must be self-directed & self-motivated • Knowledge of MS Office products: Excel, Word, etc.. • Ability to be on your feet 8-10 hrs a day • Cannot be afraid of heights

Essential Duties:
• Pulls and delivers garments to production teams as needed • Maintains aisles: clear, cleaned and organized racks • Uses communication device (rotating schedule) to deliver necessary garment(s) to production as needed. • Assist in loading and unloading inventory. • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs

Position Summary: This position is reponsible for design, development, testing, documentation and installation of assigned projects within new and existing applications.

Position Specifications:

-Complete application development enhancement activities as they are prioritized oDesign, Develop, Test, Document and Deploy -Communicate all enhancements and functionality to user group for testing and evaluation -Report on status of projects to stakeholder team -Identify and estimate (time and resources) needed enhancements based on core problem -Research appropriate solutions to evaluate most efficient outcome -Work with user groups to demonstrate any enhancements completed

Position Summary: This position will be responsible for the design and user experience for existing and new applications. We are looking for someone with new innovative ideas that can carry a feel throughout a number of applications and landing pages with different functionalities. Your designs need to be easy to navigate and comprehend, logically organized, accessible, and in-tune with the latest web technologies, delivering the highest standard of usability and usefulness to the software’s end users.

Position Specifications:
•Minimum bachelor’s degree in a UX Design, Usability or a related field, and 2+ years UX or UI design experience •Experience with wire framing •Experience in Site Flow Planning and Documenting •Track record with working well with developers and users to realize the best results •Knowledge of online coding limitations, cross browser rendering issues, and coding capabilities including but not limited to HTML, AJAX, CSS, and JavaScript •Portfolio examples of UI/UX accomplishments
