| POSITION: BLUE 84 COLLEGE REP COORDINATOR |
Position Summary: Provide assistance to Sales Reps and customers, supporting them in an effective and efficient manner, enabling them to produce high quality results. Assist customers and manufacturers with questions and problem resolution. Acts as a liaison between Blue 84 College and Sales Reps. A participant in providing top quality customer service to both external and internal customers. With knowledge of the business, is empowered and challenged to meet expectations in the highest quality manner, with a positive attitude. Communicate with the Lead RC & Sales Manager in a timely and consistent manner all current issues and concerns, successful problem resolution, and other actions taken. |

Essential Duties: •Provide support to reps by keeping them updated on current issues such as line changes or additions, proofing and processing orders, serving as a resource for questions and
requests. Responsible for proofing commission reports to ensure accurate payment of commissions.
•Assist with data entry of orders and setting up new designs in current software program.
•Provide ongoing training to the reps so they may accurately enter orders and run the reports provided on the web.
•Assist Blue 84 College in the sampling of new designs and creation and proofing of new catalogs and fliers.
•Contact reps and/or customers with questions and resolve issues promptly to prevent delays in processing orders.
•Coordinate and conduct ongoing sales incentive programs and contests including the monthly reporting of achievements as well as giving input for creating new programs to achieve desired results.
•Provide assistance to reps by answering questions, responding to special requests and placing orders. Provides special assistance for complex or difficult customer problems.
•Assist with coordinating and attend annual sales conference.
•Coordinate the licensing duties of college market.

Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Inventory Supervisor, this position is responsible for locating and retrieving garments in the warehouse, pulling and delivering garments to production as needed. |
